Whew, I finally got this finished. I really wanted to have it finished before xmas but unfortunately that didn't happen. The due date isn't until the 6th but since I finished it now I just thought I'd upload it.

This is for the #DisneyDreamers Secret Santa and it's for *FollowingtheSon I really hope they like it.

This is the first time I've drawn Lilo or Stitch and after much thinking I decided to try and draw them in their original disney style because I totally loved the whole look of the movie and I felt to really make it feel like that I'd need to draw them this way. I hope they look alright.

Anyway my thought behind it was Nani had told them to go out and play somewhere while she was busy wrapping presents and when she finally went to find them they'd built a sandman since I didn't think they get snow in hawaii. I could be wrong but I liked the idea of doing a sandman as a lil change ^_^

Erm... think that's about all really... hope you guys like it ^_^

Used this sand tutorial again: [link]

This is a very good deviation. The concept is funny and the characters are well drawn. I very much like the texture of the sand, and also the clouds in the sky. I certainly couldn't do it better myself, and I'm not sure that I'm really in a good position to write a critique. But, fact is, there are only two things I thonk you could improve. One is Lilo's mouth. The left side, from the viewer's perspective, looks a little odd. The other is the effect of the shafts of light that slant through the scene. The shafts themselves seem golden and kinda pale. But - where the sunlight strikes Stitch, he seems paler. But if he gets a shaft of sunlight shining directly on him, I would've thooght he would look brighter, and with more vibrant blue colours...
Otherwise, very, very well done!
