Hunger Games Nailsby *Stephanie-Chivas

Finished reading the Hunger Games books at the weekend and I loved them. Seen the movie first and must say it wouldn't have bothered me either way as they stuck quite close to the book anyway.

Think it took me a lil over a week to read all 3 since I couldn't put my kindle down XD and decided I wanted some nice nails to go with the series. Gonna make some cupcakes too but that'll need to maybe wait til next week ^_^

Got all 3 book covers on each hand and the other 2 on each represent Katniss and Peeta. Went with a green, foresty background for the Katniss ones and done a lil bow and arrow on my left and a fire ball on my right since she was the girl on fire. For the Peeta ones I struggled for ages on a background colour but eventually went with a firey, ember type background as I loved Cinna's design for their tribute outfits before the Quarter Quell. On my left hand I have a dandelion for him and on the right a loaf of bread since he was referred to as the boy with the bread alot.

Fun to have another set of nails on, been ages cause I've been so busy with cakes and they are murder for getting lil details on cause they get so in the way with the fondant. Only got one cake this week so I'll need to take nails back off probably tomorrow if possible without destroying them. I'll just need to remember not to keep sticking them on if they fall off during the day XD
