Sailor Sun

EDIT: yay, got to do some more blending on the picture this morning. Still some lil errors here and there but gotta do college work now T_T

Phew, didn't think I'd get this in today. Was way ahead of schedule with inking yesterday which was great and then I opened the file up to finish bits off before I coloured it and the stupid file corrupted and I had to start again T_T so I missed out a few bits that I never noticed until after I'd printed and started colouring but I'll just pretend I never XD Also hate how it looks fine in person but the scanner amplifies all the lil annoying white bits of the paper that somehow make it through ><

So this is for the Sailor Sun thing on Traditional Sailors which can be found here: traditional-sailors.deviantart… I don't really get time to do any of these but I thought this one could be fun and I'm glad the deadline got bumped back a month so that I could take part.

I didn't have a Sun senshi so it was alot of fun to make one up. I knew I wanted to try and keep to the Sol fuku but just sticking with the usual skirt etc. that Sailor Moon and the rest of the senshi wore was just boring me to no end and I figured it'd look probably like most other very rough Sun senshi out there. Took me forever to just sit down and think about what I could do though and a few very sketchy ideas and finally I got this idea and loved it. 

She was originally gonna be a teen senshi but when I started drawing her for some reason she ended up alot younger but I really liked the idea so stuck with it. Chibimoon is one of my fav senshi so another Chibi Senshi was a fun change from all the grown up senshi out there. Was gonna make her a reference sheet but ran out of time now since it's almost midnight, so sorry guys. I'll come back and do that when I have time. Also don't have another name for her apart from Sailor Sun but I figure that fits in with the original Sol Senshi anyway so why change it
